**OUR RULES**

1. Set your TRX Wallet Address (TRX Mainnet), copy your Wallet Address and paste to "ex. Trfdaexample-----" field. (<!> You can change it after "Register").

2. Make sure your Email Address is the same as the account that is logged in to your Google Play Store.

3. Review the account details that you have logged in again, if you are sure, please press the "Confirm" button. The account is active and can be withdrawn.

4. The minimum coin withdrawal is 100 TRX and Node Fee 20 TRX per withdrawal request. (Node fees may vary depending on network policy)

5. Each withdrawal request will be processed in advance by our verification team. Usually around 1-21 weeks working days, if the transaction is valid, we will pay for the coin withdrawal immediately.

6. We will not pay for your withdrawal request if unusual activity is found, such as coin withdrawal results that exceed the normal limit, unilateral refund requests to the Play Store, third applications modifying apps or accounts, and so on.

7. All decisions of our verification team are made unilaterally and cannot be contested.

8. You must comply with all the latest terms which we continue to update at https://ydsfinance.com/rules/

**PRIVACY POLICY**

1. The uses of the data we collect are as follows:
- Full Name
- E-mail addresses ( Google ID )
- Wallet Addresses

2. The data we collect has been encrypted using a third Google verified app, namely "Firebase". Data is collected permanently on "Firebase" and used temporarily on the app.

3. We will not use your data and will not share it with other parties. Data is securely encrypted and data management can only be done by you within this app.

4. Accounts that have been created in this app are only temporary, you can delete your account by uninstalling this app. There is no way to restore a deleted account if Uninstall this app.

5. If this app is deleted or uninstalled, then all assets in the app or in the account will be deleted. And we can't help to return it.

6. All item purchases in this app can only be used on 1 device, cannot be moved / transferred to another device. And 1 account can only be used on 1 device for verification.

7. We cannot help return all item purchase assets if your device is lost, damaged, formatted, and other reasons that refer to the loss of assets in this app are deleted intentionally or unintentionally.

8. We will update everything about the Privacy Policy on our site at https://ydsfinance.com/privacy/

**TERMS & CONDITIONS**

1. The name of this app may be the same as another app, we are not responsible if you download our app outside the Google Play Store and make sure you download it from the "YDS Finance" developer.

2. If you use this app, it means that you agree with all the rules, all privacy policies, and terms & conditions that we have made and may be updated regularly in the app or on the website.

3. If you do not agree with all of our rules, privacy policy, or terms & conditions, please delete or uninstall this app immediately.

4. We may stop updating the app at any time, delete the app on the Google Play Store, or other things due to Force Majeure or other things that can stop all activity in our Developers.
